About Machines
The Machines icon works with the Serialized application. It contains multiple databases designed to help you monitor your serialized information. For example, you can view and store machine information, history, deferred income, and depreciation details.
The Machines icon lets you access the following Serialized databases:

In addition to these databases, you have access to several applications, including:
Call logging in the Work Order window. In this window, you can quickly log and dispatch your service calls. This window updates every two minutes, by adding and deleting calls and responses as they are logged, dispatched, and completed.
Call monitoring in the Machine Monitor. The monitor lets you view all your existing calls and your call responses.
Serialized Order Entry in the Serialized Order Entry window. In this window, you can sell machines and contracts. For more information, see Serialized Order Entry.
Contract, meter, and lease billing in the Machine Billing window and/or (EZY) Serial Maintenance Report Selection screen. These applications can greatly automate your billing process.
