About the Quarterly Customer Usage Report
The Quarterly Customer Usage Report shows the number of items a customer has purchased during a specified quarter. It only prints for customers whose status falls within the range specified in either the Monthly Usage From and To fields or the Quarterly Usage From and To fields in the (LA) Customer and A/R Parameters screen. This report provides an alternative for customers who do not require usage reports on a monthly basis. You can also use it to provide a quarterly summation of their purchases to customers who receive the Monthly Customer Usage Report. It is sorted by customer. Information for each customer begins on a new page.
Note: You can print this report in both the standard and the custom format. To print the standard format, access the text-based (UR) Sales Reports screen. Access the (U) Sales Selectors screen to print the custom format.
This report contains the following information:
Item Number (If an item has been assigned an alias number, the alias number prints instead of the item number. For more information, see Item Aliases.)

Quarter-to-Date Sales Amount
Month-to-Date Totals (If Specified)
Month-to-Date by Customer Department (If Specified)

Note: ECI recommends you keep inventory units of measure the same for an entire quarter to protect the integrity of this report.
