Customer Window Definitions

In the Customer Query Dialog Box

The Customer Query dialog box lets you locate and select a customer from a list of customers. Click the to open the Customer Query dialog box.

You can also query for a customer department within a customer list. (This feature is not included in all software packages and may require authorization. For more information, contact ECI sales.)

You might also find that you get a limited query. If you are searching for a customer that is assigned a salesperson with a salesperson user type, only the customers assigned to this salesperson will display in the query box.
