In the Customer Responsibility Centers Dialog Box

In the Customer Responsibility Centers dialog box, you can assign a primary salesperson and additional salespersons to a customer. For more information, see About Customer Responsibility Centers. You can access this box three ways in the Customer database:

• Click .

• Click View then select Responsibility Centers.

• Type Ctrl + L.

Note: This feature is not included in all software packages and may require authorization. For more information, contact ECI sales.
