About the Budgeted Usage Report
The Budgeted Usage Report lists the customer's monthly expenditures and compares them against their budgeted amounts. It uses up to 24 months of sales history and budget figures for your customers. Use this report if your customers need to track their purchases and see how well they are staying within their budgets.
The report contains the following information:

Over Budget Amount

Percentage Used for Current Month-to-Date

The second section of the report recaps your monthly usage by department and includes the following information:
Cost Center
Name
Current Usage
Budget
Over Budget Amount
Under Budget Amount
Budget Variance Percentage
Year-to-Date Usage
Totals for all departments also display for current and year-to-date information.
