About the Customer Master Listing With History Report
The Customer Master Listing With History report includes the sales history for each customer. This report includes the same information as the Customer Master Listing Report and sorts by customer. There are no default limits for this report, so if you do not set limits, the report includes every record in your customer database.
The report includes the following sales history information for each customer:
Dates of the first and last order
Date, amount, and check number of the last payment
Accounts receivable total
Sales and hits for the month-to-date, and the previous three months
Hits, credits, sales, cost, gross profit percentage, and finance charges for the year-to-date and last year.
Note: You must use wide paper or set your printer for compressed print (17 characters per inch) to print this report. To set your printer for compressed print, change the printer manually. See your printer manual for instructions.
