Sales Report Concepts

About the Salesperson History Analysis Report

The Salesperson History Analysis Report shows the sales history for each salesperson. It is sorted in salesperson number order.

Note: You can print this report in both the standard and the custom format. To print the standard format, access the text-based (UR) Sales Reports screen. Access the (U) Sales Selectors screen to print the custom format.

This report includes the following information:

• Salesperson Number

• Name

• Address

• Telephone Number

• Sales History

The report also prints the contents of the S-HISTORY file. This file is where the sales history for each of your salespeople is stored. Sales history includes the following information:

• Total Sales

• Cost

• Profit Margin

• Month-to-Date Gross Profit Percentage

• Year-to-Date Gross Profit Percentage

• Previous Year Gross Profit Percentage

The information in the S-HISTORY file is displayed in the text-based (HY) Salesperson Master screen.
