About the Uncataloged Names Report
The Uncataloged Names Report is a listing of the uncataloged items that you have sold. It is generated from the file NAMES-S, which stores the description of uncataloged items at order entry. Unlike the sales journal, this file is not renamed at the end of the month. It accumulates records of uncataloged items until you purge the file.
This report is sorted by item number and includes the following information:
Item Number
Company
Description
Invoice Number
Date for Each Uncataloged Item
Total Number of Records.
There are no default limits for this report.
