Setting Up a Shared Folder on the Server in Preview Reports

1. Locate the DDMS/Reporting folder in Windows Explorer.

2. Right-click the folder and select Properties.

3. Click the Sharing tab.

4. Check the Share this Folder box.

5. Share the folder with users to grant read/write permissions.
