About Customer Mailing Labels

You can print several types of customer mailing labels through the text-based (N) Customer Selectors screen.

You can print four horizontal columns of labels at a time. There are three level sizes available:

3 ½" x 15 /16"
3" x 15 /16"
Cheshire.

Note: The Cheshire label is used in conjunction with the Cheshire machine to convert label information printed on paper into mailing labels.

There are no default limits for any of these formats. If you do not set limits before running the labels, the report includes every record in your customer database. You can choose whether to print the labels without making any changes, make changes to the print line, change sorts, change limits, and add detail lines.

You can use the text-based (N) Customer Selectors screen to print the following label formats.

Customer Billing Labels With Representative’s Name

This format sorts according to customer name and includes the following information for each customer:

Customer Name
Billing Address
Representative's Name

Customer Billing Labels With Phone Number

This format sorts by customer name and includes the following information:

Customer Name
Account Number
Billing Address
Phone Number

Customer Shipping Labels With Representative’s Name

This format sorts by customer name and includes the following information:

Customer Name
Shipping Address
Representative's Name

Customer Shipping Labels With Phone Number

This format sorts by customer name and includes the following information:

Customer Name
Account Number
Phone Number
Shipping Address
