E-info makes it easy to set-up and administer a customer web portal for your customers. With it, your customers will be able to place service calls, order supplies, enter meter readings, manage equipment and view invoices and statements. Information is automatically shared between e-info and e-automate making administration of your site easy and seamless.
E-info is subject to the Web Server requirements as outlined in section 3.
You use the e-info End User Help site to offer documentation and how-to instructions on how end users -your customers- can use the e-info tools to review their account status, log supply orders, log service calls, et cetera.
RemoteTech is the industry standard solution for field service technicians. Easy to use with tight e-automate integrations. Easily manage technician time, inventory, labor records and more. ** Note: If you had RemoteTech 15.1 on e-automate 8.5 and are now upgrading to e-automate 8.7 you will need re-install 15.1 again.
PIP provides an integration platform connecting your e-automate system to the DGI partner network. PIP provides a platform for everything from PO Processor™ to automatically collecting meter reads. PIP opens the gateway to connecting your e-automate system with the ECI partner network to get you connected and integrated to further automate your business.
PIP is subject to the web server requirements listed in section 3.
PO Processor is an add-on product for e-automate that benefits dealers who purchase parts and supplies for their customers as a part of their day-to-day business regardless of whether they drop ship those items or stock them before direct distribution. PO Processor relieves the dealer of the labor intensive aspects of purchasing, receiving, invoice matching, and maintaining up-to-date distributor pricing.
POP is subject to the same requirements as the e-automate client as listed in section 2.
Digital Barcode is an add-on module for e-automate allowing users to scan barcode labels to better manage parts, supplies and equipment. Using a hand held PDA with a bar code scanning attachment, users can quickly scan inventory transfers, receipts and shipments into e-automate in real time. Using Digital Barcode will keep your inventory pinpoint accurate and shave hours and even days off of taking physical inventory, purchase order receipts, transfers and sales order shipments.

Digital Quote Manager is a sales tool that works in conjunction with e-automate allowing sales reps to create sales quotes with correct equipment configurations eliminating entry error. Digital Quote Manager also manages out cost on sales quotes. The equipment configurations and rules, such as limits and defaults, are previously defined by the admin in the Digital Quote Manager Admin, the configuration component of the Digital Quote Manager.
Digital Quote Manager is subject to the same requirements as the e-automate client as listed in section 2.
Digital Analytics is an application that assists in performing statistical analysis by consolidating and ordering your data into discrete de-normalized, and helpful datasets, all of which are designed to help you conduct analysis on your e-automate contract data.
Digital Analytics is subject to the same requirements as the e-automate server as listed in section 1, and can be installed on the same server as your e-automate server.
Upgrading Digital Analytics requires a de-configure of the Digital Analytics database which means any custom e-views tied to the anylytics database will be lost.
This DTF download is version 8.3 which is compatible with e-automate 8.7 & 17.1. If you are on a prior version of DTF and choose to upgrade to DTF 8.3 you will need a new DTF license key. Please contact Support and request a new DTF 8.3 key.
Digital Taskforce helps you proactively manage processes instead of reacting to emergencies. It allows you to set up customized process monitors within e-automate to check and make sure conditions are met. When something needs attention, it will alert the appropriate person or even automatically perform an assigned task. It’s like having a task force working around the clock to ensure things are running as they should.
Digital Taskforce is subject to the same requirements as the e-automate server and can be installed on the same server as your e-automate server.
ESN
The Equipment Solutions Network (ESN) acts as a data portal with partners for interaction with ECi ERP software solutions, including e-automate.
ESN runs as a service on a server. It can be installed on either an e-automate server or a web server, provided the e-automate SQL database is accessible for the server.
A brand new SaaS-based ticket-management product for your help desk team. Now available for e-automate 8.5, 8.7, 16.1, & 17.1 DeskTech is an ECI cloud based product and will be upgraded for you as needed.
DeskTech is accessed through a web browser. The hosted site is provided to you when you purchase DeskTech. Currently only Chrome is compatible. Remote Service Manager version 14.5.11203.175.103843 or higher is required.
